Information for visitors unable to visit due to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake. We will provide the following support for visitors who are unable to visit due to the impact of the earthquake.

LAWSON TICKET / Klook (Overseas Purchases) and Boo-Woo Ticket/ Lawson Ticket purchased at LAWSON or MINISTOP (Domestic Purchases)

If you are unable to visit on your reserved date, you may either request a ticket refund or change your admission date.
If you wish to request a refund or change your date, please have your ticket ready and contact Ghibli Park Co., Ltd. at +81 50 3626 2455 during Ghibli Park operating hours (If you are in Japan, please call 0570-089-154).

Please complete the refund procedure by November 29, 2026.

[Changing Admission Date]

You can change your admission date to any opening day through November 29, 2026.
*Weekday tickets can only be rescheduled to other weekdays. In addition, your new admission will be valid for the same area(s) as indicated on your original ticket.

If you purchased a package ticket that includes accommodation through a travel agency, please contact your travel agency directly.
