On August 2nd, 9th and 16th some areas of the park will have extended operating hours until 8 p.m. for the first time.

Ghibli Park usually closes at 5 p.m., but some areas will have extended operating hours until 8 p.m. on three Saturdays in August. (August 2nd, 9th, and 16th)

Extended operating hours will apply to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Mononoke Village, and Valley of Witches.

On dates with extended operating hours, the final entry time to Valley of Witches and Mononoke Village is at 7:30 p.m. Please enter between opening time and 7:30 p.m. For Ghibli's Grand Warehouse please enter no later than one hour after your reservation time.

All tickets must be reserved in advance. Reservations for August, including tickets for the dates with extended operating hours, go on sale June 10th, 2025 at 2 p.m. (Japan time)

This is the first time Ghibli Park will have extended operating hours since it opened. Please come join us for a unique atmosphere that's a bit different to Ghibli Park during the day.

*On August 2, 9, and 16, 2025, Hill of Youth and Dondoko Forest close at 5:00 p.m. as usual. Final entry to both areas is at 4:30 p.m.
