Located at the North Entrance of Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park, where Ghibli Park is situated, Rotunda Kazegaoka features a café and a shop. The café, with a Japanese theme, offers dishes such as rice balls and sweets.

Starting from November 6th (Wed), two types of oden (Japanese hot pot dish) are available as winter-only specials.
"Red Oden and Shio Musubi (miso base hot pot items and salted rice ball)" features a miso-based oden, a specialty from Aichi, made with Hatcho-Miso, while "White Oden and Shio Musubi (fish broth hot pot items and salted rice ball)" features oden with a rich soup stock made from bonito and kelp. The oden comes with five ingredients: daikon (Japanese radish), boiled egg, chikuwa (a type of fish cake), hanpen (a type of fish cake) and konnyaku (konjac), and is served with one rice ball. Both options are priced at ¥1,100.

*Rotunda Kazegaoka is located near Ai-Chikyuhaku Kinen Koen Station (Linimo) and is open to all visitors to the park.
