HOME ⁄ Please take precautions against heat stroke.

Ghibli Park is located within Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park. Please consider seasonal temperatures when preparing what to bring and what to wear during your visit. In order to avoid heat stroke, particularly in the summer months, we suggest our guests bring plenty of water (in a bottle with a cap), hats or other sun protection, and clothes with breathable fabric that will help you stay cool. Be advised that UV rays are strongest from May through the middle of October.
There are many extremely hot days over the course of the summer and it may be difficult to find shade in some of the Ghibli Park areas. Additionally, there is a possibility of torrential downpour, typhoon or other sudden weather changes. We recommend that you check the local weather forecast (Aichi Prefecture, Nagakute City area) for current updates.

Before visiting the park, please check the FAQ section on our website; including information about preventing heat stroke.
