For the safety of our guests and staff, Ghibli Park closed its facilities on Aug. 15th due to the typhoon No.7. Refund procedures for purchased tickets will depend on the type of ticket(s) you hold. Please see below for details.

Boo-Woo Ticket/ Lawson Ticket (purchased at LAWSON or MINISTOP)

For customers who have paper tickets printed at convenience stores

Between August 23rd (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM and September 13th (Wednesday) at 11:59 PM, please process the refund at "Loppi" terminals located in LAWSON or MINISTOP convenience stores where you originally purchased your tickets. (Please bring all the purchased tickets with you.) Please be aware that lost tickets or tickets with detached stubs cannot be refunded.

For customers who have electronic tickets

Between August 23rd (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM and September 13th (Wednesday) at 11:59 PM, please access your My Page on the "Boo-Woo Ticket" website and follow the refund process.

For customers with tickets dated August 15th who wish to change their admission date, entry to the same area as indicated on your ticket will be available. Please note that these are accepted only on weekdays of operation until Monday, October 30th, 2023, and are valid for one-time use.
Tickets dated August 15th are required for entry, so please do not process the refund if you would like to use this option. Refunds beyond September 13th (Wednesday) will not be possible, even for unused tickets.

Overseas Purchases (Lawson Tickets)

Lawson Tickets will cancel your credit card payment. There is no need for you to take any further action. Refunds will be processed gradually starting from September. Please be aware that the refund process may take some more time depending on the status of your card. We kindly ask you to verify that the payment cancellation has been completed on your end.
For customers with tickets dated August 15th who wish to change their admission date, entry to the same area as indicated on your ticket will be available. Please note that these are accepted only on weekdays of operation until Monday, October 30th, 2023, and are valid for one-time use by showing unused tickets dated August 15th. If you would like to use this option, please call our call center in advance at 0570-089-154 (available from 9 AM to 5 PM JST, excluding Tuesdays. If you are outside Japan, please call +81 50 3626 2455). This application is valid before Aug. 31(JST), and no refunds will be available after selecting this option.

Tickets with Accommodation
