Even if you're delayed for your reservation time due to transportation disruptions, please take your time and come visit within our business hours. Your entry will be accommodated.

For customers with tickets dated August 16th, who wish to change their admission date, entry to the same area as indicated on your ticket will be available. Please note that these are accepted only on weekdays of operation until Monday, October 30th, 2023, and are valid for one-time use by showing unused tickets dated August 16th. Please be sure to keep your tickets with you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
